Payment

Insurance is accepted in many cases; please call our clinic (415.821.9969) to see if we can bill your insurance for you.  If not, we will provide you with a Superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit for insurance reimbursement.  Herbs and other nutritional supplements are sold separately.  Herbal therapy is typically $10 to $20 dollars per week.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  Failure to do so will result in your being charged the full visit amount.
